Seit der letzten Landessynode diskutieren die verschiedenen Ebenen in Westfalen die Hauptvorlage „Ich bin fremd gewesen und ihr habt mich aufgenommen – Kirche und Migration“. Fremdheit, Migration und Vielfalt klingen dort in unterschiedlicher Prägung an. Auch in unserem Arbeitsfeld bedeutsame Faktoren: da sind einige direkt in der Arbeit mit Migrant*innen unterwegs, andere erleben schon lange die Begegnung mit Menschen aus unterschiedlichster Kirchennähe und Wandel gibt es überall.
Unsere Stellungnahme zur Hauptvorlage der Ev. Kirche von Westfalen
Wir haben daher als Berufsverband auch eine Stellungnahme in das Verfahren eingespielt. Zwei Punkte waren uns dabei wesentlich. Zum ersten „Das Fremde und unsere Kirche“. Daraus Auszüge:
- Wir glauben, dass viele Menschen noch Kirchenmitglieder sind, weil wir gerade auch jenseits von „Kirchturm“, Kasualien oder Kerngemeinde deutlich erkennbare evangelische Angebote im Gemeinwesen und für die Gesellschaft anbieten, Teil der gesellschaftlichen Vielfalt sind und diese mit zu gestalten.
- Wir regen an, in den kirchlichen Strukturen die Sichtbarkeit und Teilhabe der Handlungsfelder und Professionen proportional zu ihren Umfängen abzubilden, um somit die Vielfalt kirchlichen Leben, Denken und Handeln nach innen und außen prägnanter sichtbar zu machen.
- Wir fordern Entwicklungsvorhaben einzuleiten, die die Vielfalt in den kirchleitenden Gremien und Strukturen nachhaltig erhöhen.
Zweiter Punkt sind unsere Anregungen zur gelebten Vielfalt. Auch hier drei Hinweise:
- Wir fragen, wie gelingt es uns als Kirche Arbeitsbereiche und Mitarbeitende gleichwertig einen strukturell abgesicherten Platz einzuräumen, damit alle und glaubwürdig die in ihnen beheimateten Menschen einzubinden.
- Wir regen an zu prüfen, wie verantwortliche Beteiligungsformen von den vielfältigen Professionen und Handlungsfeldern in den Synoden, Presbyterien und Ausschüssen, die nicht dem pfarramtlichen Bereich oder dem kerngemeindlich presbyterialem Bereich zugehörig sind, zu fördern und ihnen Sitz und Stimme zu geben.
- Wir fordern auf Grundlage der Beschlüsse der Landessynoden 1976, 1979, 1980, 1997, 2001, 2005, 2015 und 2016 in eine integrierte Personalplanung und Personalentwicklung für alle Mitarbeitende einzutreten. Die Verschiedenheit der Berufe und Handlungsfelder in unserer Kirche sehen wir dabei als großes Potential und Chance. Eine Kultur der Multiprofessionalität, der Diversität und Kooperation der unterschiedlichen Berufe und Fähigkeiten sollte bewusst und gleichwertig auf allen Ebenen und in allen Funktionen gefördert werden.
Vielfalt in Kirche bedeutet eben viel mehr, als lediglich die Offenheit für Menschen, die aus Not und Verzweiflung zu uns kommen. Die Verschiedenheit muss sich auch in unseren Strukturen und in unserer gelebten Gemeinschaft wiederspieglen.
